The Opportunity

Our temporary staffing division is growing, so we now have an opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team and work across our commercial, professional services and Government Clients. You will be responsible for talent sourcing and managing talent networks, assessing and interviewing candidates, building relationships with clients and filling roles for temporary and contract positions across Sydney.

Ideally, we are looking for motivated, highly responsive, team orientated Recruitment Consultant with a passion for service, people and solving our client’s talent acquisition needs.

What You Require to Succeed in This Role

  • Have previous experience recruiting for government clients - highly regarded but not essential
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder
  • Have a solutions and Customer Service orientated approach
  • A team player who has a positive, proactive attitude
  • Self motivated and enjoys working with candidate networks and clients
  • Desire to continually learn, innovate and be the ‘best you can be’
