Job Description:

Epiq is seeking a full life cycle recruiter to support the local Australian market in recruitment for contractors, casuals, and permanent roles. This is a remote role but must be located in the Melbourne area with the Right to Work in Australia.


  • Sourcing, recruiting and hiring activities for all open requisitions.
  • Running a full life staffing cycle including the job posting process, candidate sourcing, interviewing and summarizing of candidate feedback and qualifications.
  • Building of effective partnerships with all levels of management across the business to create continuity and alignment around the recruiting and hiring process.
  • Work under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager to establish best practices and measurement standards in order to ensure highest quality of recruitment, selection and retention of staff to meet the business needs.

  • 2-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong professional recruiting network, particularly with the local market.
  • Must have experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven track record prioritizing, managing time well, and working closely with leadership to quickly address staffing needs.
  • Must be proficient with applicant tracking systems, compensation tools and resume databases.
  • Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent at planning and organizing.
  • Exhibit critical skill of relationship building and partnering with all levels of management.
  • A bachelor’s degree; degree in human resources or a closely related-field a plus.
