As the Employee Voice and Experience Manager, you will be responsible for championing the end-to-end employee experience at Optus. Your role will be responsible for developing and implementing employee experience programs across multiple HR disciplines which align to “Our Purpose” and “Amazing People” framework.

What will you be doing?

You will also collaborate closely with other parts of the business to improve employee experience right across the employee journey, with a focus on improving the moments that matter. Your primary function is to design, implement and ensure a targeted and consistent employee experience, that is aligned to the organisational culture across the business.

We are keen to hear about your strong communication skills and relationship building skills as you will be working with Internal Communications, Talent Acquisition, AU Rewards, and Singtel as well as external consultants and agencies.

Your ingredients for success ...

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology or related Business discipline;
  • 8+ years’ experience in a “hands-on” employee experience function with demonstrated experience developing and implementing employee experience programs;
  • Demonstrated experience in ensuring employee experience that is aligned to the organisational culture and values;
  • Solid experience in designing, process mapping, interpreting and understanding data to create valuable and practical insights / recommendations;
  • Project management experience including planning, organising, coordinating and executing;
  • Experience in influencing a diverse range of stakeholders, as well as administering and facilitating employee engagement surveys;
  • Experience with monthly reporting across multiple data points, analysing and interpreting data and creating valuable and practical insights; &
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role is highly advantageous.
