Talent’s Managed Solutions business was created following demand from the technology sector for different recruitment supplier models. Our solutions are diverse, bespoke and customer orientated. They are designed to last through evolution, and as our business continues to adapt to the changing technology landscape so will this team. Our Consultants operate as part of the client's team, going to market with the client brand but with the support of the Talent business.

We are now looking to hire an awesome recruiter for our growing team where you will be deployed onsite with one of our clients.

Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates from the technology & digital sector
  • Building and managing talent pools proactively
  • Utilising multiple recruitment tools and search methodologies
  • Effectively managing the expectations of hiring managers
  • Coordinating interviews, assessments, offers and the on-boarding of new employees
  • Act as a daily conduit with the Talent International digital recruitment team to leverage a wider candidate base

Some of what you will need:

  • Years of recruitment experience working in a fast paced environment ideally with both an agency and inhouse background
  • A background of working with and a passion for the Australian technology industry
  • Knowledge of recruitment research and headhunting techniques
  • Exceptional communication and relationship building ability
  • A high attention to detail with an ability to handle ambiguity while operating within a structured process
  • An excellent work ethic and a desire for continued learning
  • The ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment, prioritising your time and using your initiative to provide solutions to what are often intangible services
