Due to organic growth and ongoing success within our Randstad blue-collar Construction, Property & Engineering division, a unique opportunity has arisen for a National Business Development Manager to join our team. This position presents outstanding earning potential, career growth opportunities and the chance to work with some of the biggest clients in the industry.

About your role

As an experienced BDM you will focus on business growth by mapping out the national market within the manufacturing and defence space. This is a national role and would see you recruiting all across Australia.

The division is headed up by a manager who has been with Randstad for over ten years and he is an expert of all aspects of blue collar recruitment. This role would see you work autonomously and really taking ownership of your market.

Responsibilities include

  • Business development and sales with new and existing clients
  • Market mapping
  • Nurture and grow client relationships
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing Business Development Manager who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with clients in a consultative style. You’ll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders. 

  • Experience in blue collar recruitment
  • Proven track record of winning big clients
  • You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You like working independently
  • Experience hitting KPI’s
  • Resilience
