Unite Resourcing is a Western Australian established recruitment company who have been in operation for the last 3 years. We have serviced some of the biggest stakeholders in the mining, trades and labour, civil construction, and engineering industries with great success, and now require an experienced General Manager to manage operations of our South Perth office.

In this key leadership role, your directive will include overseeing the daily operations of the business, running a small team of consultants and mobilisation staff, meeting KPI's/targets, and ultimately setting a new direction for Unite Resourcing as we enter a period of peak growth and expansion. You will have a history of success within agency recruitment, with the end goal of connecting the best people to the right clients for every job, every time.

To be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Relevant qualifications highly regarded
  • 5 + years demonstrated experience in a management role
  • Musthave an Agency Recruitment background
  • Targeted talent acquisition and advertising strategy
  • Connections within industry and pre-existing relationships
  • Conflict management and business negotiation knowledge essential
  • Expert in the field of blue-collar recruitment, encompassing civil and commercial construction, trades, mining, engineering, road works, or with a knowledge of processes and requirements for these roles
  • RTIO, BHP, FMG, and other blue-chip mobilisation processes highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of recruitment methodology with expansive interpersonal skills
  • Ability to run a strong, close-knit recruitment team of consultants and mobilisation co-ordinators of all levels
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Full Australian Working Rights
