Full Job Description
The Inclusion and Diversity Analyst supports the I&D team with implementing the I&D strategy, helps drive synergies across Accenture's business and with select internal and external stakeholders to empower Accenture to progress towards a more diverse, inclusive and sustainable marketplace.
The role supports all I&D related programs, events, initiatives and educational opportunities to promote diversity, equality and inclusion in the workplace, assists with internal and external communications, and supports the setting, monitoring and achieving of I&D goals and objectives.

The role would include:
Act as the main point of contact to the HR business partners, HR people partners and centre of expertise to provide feedback on ANZ needs for I&D related initiatives
Oversee marketplace event coordination and tracking as appropriate including managing attendance, logistics, communications, invites, exhibits, sponsorships, booth coverage, advertising, program books, program flows, speaker engagements, media and press releases and tracking
Ensure I&D content is kept up to date and relevant on all internal and external sites
Control delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services
Deliver desired business outcomes and/or service commitments through effective planning and execution
Prioritize and manage the scope of the assigned program, project or contracted service
Manage the overall governance model of I&D with stakeholder teams
Manage the tracking and reporting of inclusion and diversity spend metrics
Provide content, subject matter expertise, support to client teams with respect to I&D requirements
Drive collaborative synergies with other key internal stakeholders such as Corporate Citizenship, Employee Relations, Total Rewards and Recruitment, through relationship building and strategic connects
Manage expectations, identify risks, communicate objectives and progress, and solicit guidance and program alignment support from local steering committee and working groups
Monitors delivery of programs, projects and/or managed services
Monitors delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting and implement continuous improvements
Supports delivery of ANZ inclusion and diversity programs for existing and new segments of diversity
Mobilise people advocate network to drive employee engagement
