JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Coordinator or Recruitment Consultant to manage the internal recruitment and onboarding for a forward-thinking facilities management company.

  • $80,000 - $100,000 + Super, depending on experience level
  • Learn HR if you only have recruitment experience
  • A more casual environment (rather than corporate)
  • Work closely with a HR Coordinator, with access to Finance and WHS onsite also
About the role
  • Manage the internal recruitment and onboarding of multiple positions:
  • Site Supervisors, Project Managers, HVAC Specialists, Construction Engineers, and more
  • Work on 20-30 roles in the average month
  • Look at processes, uncover ideas to improve, and streamline them
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to source skilled, culturally-aligned employees
  • Create job ads for current openings
  • End to end screening and recruitment
  • Analyse turnover and retention rates to assist in forecasting needs
  • Prepare and follow up on onboarding documents, IT and security
  • Send employment contracts
The ideal candidate
  • Brings experience in either HR or Recruitment (or both)
  • Has knowledge of modern Awards (highly advantageous)
  • Wants to continue to learn and develop
  • Enjoys process improvement
  • Experience in a global company with multiple offices desirable
