About Us
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our agile, new look ANZ P&C team on a fixed term maternity leave contract.

This role is a phenomenal opportunity for someone who can partner with senior leaders, help diagnose problems, and identify and drive appropriate solutions. The person in this role must be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels, and across diverse disciplines. You will need excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking and planning ability, and the agility to function in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment.

Some of your accountabilities will include:
Build strategic partnerships with business leaders to support and anticipate needs; Partner with P&C COEs in Talent, Reward + Wellbeing and Services and Solutions to develop and deliver P&C initiatives across the business.
Collaborate with leaders, managers and employees on key, sensitive and delicate employee relations issues and initiate action plans to address and resolve issues and mitigate risk
Regularly seek out opportunities for improvement in all processes including identifying and executing on automation opportunities
Act as a development team member and/or squad lead in agile projects locally or across the AsPac region.
Help develop project plans with timelines, deliverables and accountabilities and execute accordingly
Make an impact and influence decisions with interpretation of people metrics, data analysis, and continuous improvement projects.
Work across cultural and geographical boundaries and build P&C approaches that deliver value across the AsPac region. Interact, influence, and collaborate across different cultures and time zones.

What we are looking for:
At least 5 years of People and Culture (HR) partnering experience working closely in the business
Ability to develop and deliver scalable people projects that are consistent with the strategic needs of the business and continue to build an exemplary employee experience.
Ability to maintain focus and keep a strong eye on the details in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Have a strong depth of experience in employee and leadership development, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance.
Knowledge of New Zealand ER/IR highly derisible
Proven history of working in agile environment highly desirable
Exceptional written and interpersonal skills.
Strong team philosophy; proven ability to work positively, collaboratively and professionally within a team and across organisations.
