The role:
We are seeking a proactive, organised and passionate team member to join the Learning team as a Tutor in the Kill Floor (Gold shift). The tutors provide coaching and support to the team members on shift (particularly new starters) and are key to ensuring we deliver on operational requirements.

Responsibilities:
Ensure team members thoroughly understand their role, including quality assurance and work processes, techniques and practice
Mentor and support new & existing team members, including regular checks throughout the workday.
Deliver site floor inductions for new or transferring employees
Conduct prework stretching program with new employees.
Deliver appropriate training and assessments according to KGF work instructions
Manage administration associated with the tutoring role such as learning plans.
Ensure compliance with KGF work instructions, policies and procedures
Attend Learning team meetings and upskilling
Keep training records up to date at all times
Work closely with supervisors and other key stakeholders such as Safety and QA

You will need:
A passion for people and making new starters feel equipped and welcome
Strong knowledge and leadership of workplace health and safety requirements and QA procedures
A solutions focus and ability to follow through
A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all team members
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A motivated and enthusiastic disposition, and be a team player
Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
