Atom Resources is a specialist Construction, Property and Engineering Recruitment agency.

Founded in Feb 2016 in Sydney, we now have established offices in Melbourne and NSW Central Coast, and a team of twenty-two internal staff. We ranked 7th in the ‘Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2018', and more recently 5th in the 'Australian Financial Reviews Fast Starters list 2020'. 

We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Sydney team and help take our business to the next level. 

This is a new position to our business, reporting directly to our founder and Managing Director. It would suit an ambitious, hands on manager, who has experience managing a successful office, and who is looking to take on the challenge of growing a business with exciting targets over the next 5 years. 

You will be provided with a clear pathway into directorship options from day one and fully supported throughout the journey. 

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Profit and Loss for Atom Resources Sydney Office
  • Reporting into the Managing Director, this role is a vital part of senior management team, integral to policy, planning and strategic decisions
  • Management of all recruitment activities for Sydney Office
  • Staff training and development
  • Ensuring the business is compliant and all legal obligations are met
  • Promoting company values and culture

Business Development:

  • Establishing your own section and achieve personal revenue targets
  • Business development for Atom Resources Group, utilising and expanding on Atom’s existing client database
  • Growth of Sydney office revenue in line with financial KPI’s and targets
  • Recruitment of new Recruitment Consultants in line with growth sectors
  • Identifying and winning new sales opportunities

In order to be considered for this position, you will be required to have 10+ years’ experience in agency recruitment, ideally in a similar industry, and a proven track record of managing teams in temporary and permanent recruitment. You must be willing to run your own section and be willing to work full time in our Sydney office.
