About the Company:
Our client is a value based organisation in disability services here to improve the life of others. We are working closely with them to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team ASAP! Work for a company that makes a difference in the community!

About the Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for leading a small talent team who work in partnership with managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide end-to-end recruitment. This will include sourcing, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for leading a small talent acquisition team and ensuring a professional and best practice approach to recruitment.
Design and implement recruitment attraction strategies for the broader business, ensuring the company is seen a preferred employer in its field.
Work closely with key stake holders to gain strong understand of job brief, requirements and set clear timeframes for recruitment of each role.
Build a strong pool of talent in the disability support work to ensure candidate availability to meet recruitment needs.
Work closely with Learning & Development team to ensure new employees are onboarded and prepared for induction program.
Ensure all pre-employment checks have been completed and successful candidates meeting minimum compliance requirements.
Keep up to date with relevant legislative requirements and ensure recruitment practices meet the standards.

About You:
You must have previous experience leading a team of talent acquisition specialists, preferably in high volume recruitment (disability services an advantage)
Tertiary qualifications in HR or related subjects or demonstrated experience in recruitment.
Ability to build professional positive relationships with internal and external stake holders
Highly organised and strong communications skills
Shows initiative and recognise process improvement
Must have the ability to build strong working rapport both internal and external .
