In this role, you will be responsible for talent attraction strategies against a timeline and will utilize your experience setting benchmarks and metrics. Our Sourcing Recruiters thrive in innovative, fast-paced environments, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done. You will have the opportunity to draw on your extensive knowledge of technical recruiting and will forge dynamic relationships with stakeholders. You will perform candidate generation, candidate assessment and interview preparation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 4+ years of technical recruiting experience.
· Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
· CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


· Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer
Experience in technical sourcing, ie Software Development

· Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.
· Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
· Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision in an extremely fast-paced environment
· Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
· Strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
