What we are looking for... 

Our Finance & Accounting brands are extremely well-established in our Melbournelocation. We currently have a team of nine consultants in the division with three focused on permanent recruitment and six focused on temporary recruitment. We are honest in our decisions, actions and conduct and we look to nurture careers through the process.

We are always looking for new and different perspectives to expand our viewpoint and diversify our thinking, and due to performance, we are growing our permanent placement team. In this role will work alongside highly experienced consultants who are top performers across the ANZ region. This is a rare and lucrative opportunity for an experienced business development consultant who has local relationships and is looking to deliver long-term results for both our candidates and clients. 

Who you are... 
To be considered for this role, we are looking for experienced recruiters who have demonstrated their individual success in a billing role to date. The recruiting vertical is less important than your work ethic, tenacity and desire to succeed and be recognised as such. 
We are also happy to consider candidates who are in a business-to-business (B2B) sales position, solution selling or Business Development role and looking to transition into our sector and utilize their proven sales skills and track-record. We will provide you with the tools to be successful and to develop your career in recruitment. If you have a purpose and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.
