About Our Client

Our client is a small business going through extensive growth based South of the river in Perth. They are actively seeking an experienced HR & Administration coordinator on a permanent basis reporting directly into the Managing Director.

Job Description

As the standalone HR, responsibilities include:

  • Assist with the development and maintenance of current Position Descriptions
  • Liaise with management with advertising
  • Liaise with agencies, source & screen candidates for interviews and arrange temporary office staff as required.
  • Assist in the Coordination and selection of new personnel i.e. advertising, interview, assessment
  • Prepare employment agreements and lodge
  • Coordinate the induction of new personnel and provide starter pack
  • Set up personal files for each individual that starts, making sure relevant documents are completed and signed
  • Maintain all HR Records
  • Oversee and carry out tasks as per the HR Calendar and management of the HR Department including but not limited to;
  • HR document controlling
  • Management of company filing structure & ensure company documents are kept up to date at all times
  • Supervision of all registers & records so they are properly maintained
  • All other Administration related duties.

Experience in a HR Administration role.
