All pigs are sourced from APIQ-accredited farms and is 100% bred, grown and finished in Australia with industry best-practice animal welfare standards. The brand, Seven Point Australian Pork, was developed specifically to meet the needs of an increasing desire from consumers for ‘locally made’ and ‘Australian made’ product.

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our Port Wakefield team is available now! This is a permanent full time role. The purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager and Management team, in the attraction, recruitment, selection & hiring processes for our Seven Point Pork facility. Key aspects of the role include;

Administer, support & advise Managers in the recruitment processes of new employees and existing employees into new roles
6:30am start, 5 days per week
Accommodation on site
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with a diverse workforce is paramount.

Seven Point Pork is a specialist fresh pork processing business with over 20 years’ experience, working hand in hand with farmers and major retailers. Port Wakefield is a coastal town of the Adelaide Plains, located 100 kilometres North of Adelaide.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will support all elements of the employee life cycle with a specific focus on talent attraction and recruitment, transactional HR services, management of onboarding processes for team members, report management, performance management, inductions and data entry.

About you

Experience in a similar role, preferably high volume blue collar recruitment
Proven administration and data processing skills
Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders
Previous HR experience will be highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
