ROLE SUMMARY

We have an exciting opening in Sydney for an enthusiastic Talent Operations Administrator. The role will support the People and Culture team by delivering accurate and timely administration support in all operational aspects of the employee lifecycle across ANZ. This includes new starters and leavers, salary increases and promotions, reporting, operations and ad-hoc projects.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Contractual administration

  • Works closely with Talent Acquisition and P&C to create employment contracts for new starters
  • Ensures a smooth start for any new starters with all paperwork completed prior to start
  • Supports Talent Operations Manager with the Recruitment Approvals process
  • Works closely with Talent Operations Manager and P&C to understand salary increase and promotion approvals and creates relevant letters to be provided to employees
  • Creates ad-hoc employee request letters e.g. Confirmation of Employment

 

Platforms and systems

  • Ensures HRIS remains accurate and up-to-date with relevant employee changes e.g. promotion, salary increase, reporting line, leavers
  • Provides operational support of all relevant internal P&C systems and platforms

 

Leavers

  • Works closely with P&C to generate relevant leaver documentation
  • Supports P&C to generate redundancy letters and obtain termination calculations 
  • Completes relevant reporting on leaver statistics across ANZ

 

Workplace Health and Safety

  • Acts as the point of contact to the Groupe WH&S provider to manage relevant administration for workers comp claims working closely with P&C

 

Immigration

  • Provides relevant admin and coordination support to P&C Advisors

 

Reporting

  • Works with Talent Operations Manager to complete internal and external reports such as WGEA, CSR, data privacy, industry salary surveys
  • Supports the Talent Operations Manager with relevant people reporting, trends, insights and analysis
  • Assists with relevant People & Culture operational ad-hoc projects as required

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • 1-2 years experience in a People & Culture or office administration entry level role
  • A keen interest in working and growing your career in People & Culture
  • Well developed computer skills across Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
  • Experience working with a HRIS or other software where you need to ensure accurate input of data
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle highly confidential information and treat employee data with discretion
