You’ll play a critical role in creating a great recruitment experience for our candidates and hiring managers, and in helping us win the best talent. What will you be doing?

Sounds interesting? Here are some specifics about the opportunity:

  • Contributing to and executing TA strategies across the organisation
  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team to execute the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process for Perpetual, creating strong talent pipelines and managing the end-to-end candidate experience
  • Source potential candidates through a variety of channels (e.g. database, social platforms and professional networks)
  • Build a pipeline of talent for priority roles
  • Support interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What you will need to succeed:

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

  • Minimum of 2+ years recruitment experience
  • Resourcing requires a lot of talking - you’ll be speaking to candidates and liaising closely with the internal team so a high energy approach to your work is essential
  • Experience in the financial services industry and or investment, wealth management highly desirable
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Previous experience in full life cycle recruitment including top sourcing approaches to attract strong candidates
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Be able to think 'outside the box' to source top candidates.
