The opportunity 

We have a rare full-time, permanent opportunity for a HR Systems Support Analyst to join our People & Culture (P&C) team. Internally this role is known as a P&C Systems Support Analyst. Working from our open plan offices, in the heart of South Brisbane. You will join as the third team member in our Systems team.


Reporting to the People Systems Manager, this role is key in supporting teams across the business, with support in all things people systems. From managing user access, through to supporting system upgrades, all whilst managing the integrity of our employee data.


About you

Ideally, you have a background in/or is looking for a stepping stone into HR. You’re systems savvy and have a natural curiosity to identify and investigate data anomalies and love working in an Excel spreadsheet. 


Your attention to detail enables you to extract and analyse data to develop and produce informative reports. Using data, you can effectively communicate key information in a meaningful way to support the business. 


You are a self-starter who can confidently work independently. Your relationship building skills will be a strength and you will be comfortable working with people at all levels.


To be successful in this role you will...


Essential

  • Be naturally systems savvy and love working with data 
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proven experience with managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • A high level of attention to detail while working under pressure
  • Highly effective written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems, develop solutions and implement logical solutions


Desirable

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR Management or equivalent 
  • Exposure and understanding of various people systems such as UKG Central, UKG Ready and ADP Payforce
  • Demonstrated experience in developing workforce analysis, data and metrics to drive business decisions and influence outcomes


Key duties and responsibilities

  • Identify and investigate data anomalies, whilst maintaining the integrity of data in time and attendance, HRIS and Payroll platforms
  • Develop and produce reports on people metrics on an adhoc basis for all Fitness & Lifestyle Group (FLG) brands
  • Assist with training and support of system implementations in the P&C platforms
  • Support the P&C Systems Manager with group involvement for system upgrades, configuration, & process changes
  • Support the Payroll team in business processes, maintaining and supporting Kronos InTouch devices for efficient payroll management across all brands
