Provide Global Mobility, Performance and Remuneration support to this highly regarded Financial Services business. Located in Sydney CBD, this organisation is a market leader within the financial services sector, consisting of a portfolio of well-established Australian Brands. This is a newly created and diverse role for a passionate Global Mobility professional with a desire to broaden their experience into a broader reward and performance remit.

The main component of your new role will involve the management of Global Mobility regarding employment of temporary residents in Australia and related immigration issues such as business sponsorship obligations and immigration compliance. You will support employees and managers with potential relocations/assignments and provide guidance with regards to tax queries and visa/immigration issues. You will partner with leaders and employees to support the smooth transition of international assignments and employee mobility. As the Senior Reward consultant, you will offer improvements to the performance management frameworks and systems while delivering and maintaining a high-performance agile culture. You will prepare the performance related reports and papers for the Executive Team and Board and provide suggestions for improvements regarding reporting, insights and governance of the effectiveness of the employee performance Frameworks. Keeping abreast of current and emerging Regulatory activity and ensuring the frameworks are in line with any mandatory requirements is essential. As part of the Remuneration team, you will provide remuneration guidance, evaluation of job levels for new and updated roles, report on remuneration data and support key stakeholders and the broader business.

To secure this role, you will have previous experience working within a global mobility role, are highly competent working with numerical data and possess the ability to learn complex global mobility technical nuances. Having worked with a global client base, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and will be driven to deliver great client service. You will have excellent analytical skills and advanced excel knowledge combined with a strong attention to detail.
