Detailed Job Description:

The Human Resources Adviser will provide operational HR support at all levels of the company, including different construction projects where we provide a broad range of services. You will be responsible and accountable for day to day HR functions.


· Maintaining personnel records and associated human resource information systems.

· Offer effective HR solutions and recommendations in relation to company policies, procedures, legislation and work practices.

· Amending, preparing and issuing employment contracts, job profiles and positions descriptions.

· Provide support on setting and managing performance, induction, training and talent plans.

· End to end leadership recruitment from taking a job brief to job offer.

· Preparing all documentation required as part of disciplinary processes.

· Preparing and providing analysis on regular and ad hoc reports as required.

· Support all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.

· Provide support on setting and managing performance, induction, training and talent plans.

· Providing advice on workplace health and safety regulations and measures.

Essential Skills required to perform the above job role:

  • Relevant qualification/s in human resources, business or a related field at Diploma level or above, or equivalent experience.
  • You have more than 3 years' experience working within human resources team.
  • High developed computer literacy skills in MS Office.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Knowledge of HR legislation, regulations and procedures.
  • Previous experience assisting with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Previous experience developing training programs.
  • Highly organised multi-tasker with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong internal/external stakeholder relationships.
