ATCO's Australian operations are headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and specialise in creating innovative, customer focused energy and infrastructure solutions. ATCO owns and operates Western Australia's largest gas distribution network with more than 750,000 connection points and 14,000km of pipelines. ATCO also operates two progressive power generation stations - in Adelaide and the Pilbara.

ATCO is looking for a Payroll Administrator to be based in Jandakot provide payroll services in accordance with policies, procedures, awards and agreements. This position will be responsible for timesheet processing, payroll processing liaising with employees and other supervisors. This is a permanent position.

What you will contribute to:

  • Enters timesheet information into HR system for fortnightly payroll employees.
  • Maintains employee records in HR system, ensuring personnel information and remuneration arrangements comply with awards, employment contracts and consent agreements.
  • Participates in HR systems development projects as required to meet changing business needs.
  • Provides timely and accurate payroll advice and support to supervisors and employees in line with HR policies and procedures.
  • Responds to employee payroll queries.
  • Provides general administrative support to Senior Payroll Officer as required

About you:

  • Experience using Human Resources Information Systems (SAP Essential, EIM or Sharepoint equivalent)
  • Considerable administration experience in a Payroll/Human Resources or Finance position.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Can work as a team or autonomously.
