    As the In-House Recruiter, you will:
    • use multiple recruitment strategies to discover and secure top tier talent
    • be responsible for the complete recruitment life cycle of candidates up through offer
    • perform admin duties such as offer negotiation and reference checking
    • build and develop strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external partners
    • maintain high confidentiality and data security standards

    The Successful Applicant

    To be appointed as the In-House Recruiter, the successful candidate will possess:
    • proven track record in high volume recruitment, preferably from IT, technology, or telecommunications
    • strong influencing skills
    • mental agility, ownership, and perseverance
    • ability to meet KPIs in lead time, cost per hire, and customer satisfaction
    • excellent command of spelling and grammar
    • ability to work autonomously
    • previous experience in a MNC
