Purely Polished is a platform to book on-demand beauty and wellness treatments to have in the comfort of your home, by trained and trusted mobile beauty and wellness professionals. We launched in 2016 and since then we have scaled across Australia, offer 7 different service categories from Hair, Makeup, Nails to Facials, Massages and more, worked with celebrities and over 250 exciting brands such as L’Oreal, Atlassian, Canva, Westpac and more.

We are now seeking a dynamic and motivated Partner Success Associate to grow and nuture our partner community of Beauty & Wellness Professionals. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an ambitious individual, who is motivated by challenge, has an entrepreneurial mindset and is looking for professional growth. In this role, you will recruit, onboard, engage and manage the quality and performance of our partners in line with our business growth plans. You will also have the opportunity to work on product creation and improvement to best utilse our partner community.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic recruitment of Beauty & Wellness Professionals to meet the demands of the business goals
  • Liaise with Customer Success to determine needs and requirements for recruitment and to ensure fulfilment rate is high
  • Management of the on-boarding process, from reviewing applications through to running inductions and trade tests while continuously optimising the process
  • Providing continuous support to the partner community by keeping them engaged through weekly newsletters, training and other activities
  • Build partnerships with Beauty & Wellness brands to provide exclusive access to discounts and incentives
  • Set-up and launch new incentive scheme to increase engagement and improve business model
  • Launch and implement updated FAQs, policies and procedures to ensure quality and performance delivers 5 star reviews
  • Own the positive outcomes and outstanding experience of our partners and their alignment with our growth plans
  • Product creation and product improvement to align with the talents of our partner community
  • Continually monitor and confirm partner success metrics as well as reporting on weekly, monthly, yearly growth metrics

The ideal candidate:

  • High EQ with excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Extremely proactive problem solver, detail-orientated, with strong follow-through
  • Ability to quickly understand businesses, processes and have genuine curiosity and desire to help them succeed

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a client facing account management, recruitment, human resources, on-boarding or customer success role
  • Previous experience owning a revenue/KPI target and responsibility for customer growth/improvement
  • Experience and knowledge in the beauty and wellness industry, an advantage

The role is part time, 24 hours per week. Currently, the role is remote with one day in the office per month. This will increase, if required, progressively throughout the year.
