About North East Link

The North East Link Project (NELP) is a $15.8bn infrastructure project that will connect the missing link in Melbourne's freeway network, whilst increasing the capacity of the Eastern Freeway. It will slash travel times, get trucks off local roads and link key growth areas in the north and south-east whilst creating thousands of new jobs.

About the opportunity

Are you a creative, passionate and solutions oriented L&D professional? Good news – we need you!

We are looking for a true expert in their field to partner with our teams to design, deliver and manage training requests and eLearning modules that support the North East Link to Challenge, Collaborate and Achieve both during and beyond the Project's lifespan.

About you

You will be well versed in designing and delivering learning solutions and proficient in learning software models. You relish conducting project wide needs analysis and thrive off providing coaching and advice to a diverse organisation on learning and development solutions. You're passionate about continuous improvement and thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly growing, fast-paced environment and looking for the right opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way.

Additionally, you will be;

  • experienced in designing, delivering and implementation of learning opportunities that make a difference,
  • digitally savvy and creative, with an ability to present learning in an interesting and visual way, and;
  • committed to providing an exceptional experience for everyone involved.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in training, human resource management, psychology or organisational development are highly advantageous and desirable.
