The Position

Due to a recent restructure MTM currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition team on a 12 month fixed term contract. This portfolio covers the Occupational Control Management Systems (OCMS) of MTM.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Partner – Network Assets and Assurance, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for providing high quality talent acquisition advice for specialised roles. By partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will conduct the end to end recruitment for their respective division.

This is a role where adding value, building relationships and being the subject matter expert is imperative. Key to your application will be your experience in end-to-end recruitment developed in fast-paced, highly challenging environments. Your ability to influence outcomes and capitalise on opportunities by understanding stakeholder needs and acting on them accordingly will be imperative.

Your ability to thrive in high pressured situations, in conjunction with your positive and highly energetic mindset, will also ensure your success in this critical role.

To succeed in this role you will require the following:

• Business degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service, team work and continuous improvement of processes and systems
• Experience and knowledge of the recruitment function with proven capacity to work within applicable legislation, policy and guidelines
• Sound organisational, time management and problem solving skills
• Proven, sound oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in coordinating recruitment campaigns through an applicant tracking system preferrably using Success Factors
• Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills and a high level of consultation, negotiation, influencing and interpersonal relationship skills
• Manage external partnerships and relationships
• Proven experience in balancing the needs of hiring managers with the needs of the business
