Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP)

About the role:

As part of a dynamic and results-driven team you will be responsible for successfully leading and delivering high quality employment programs for Level Crossing Removal Project (LXRP). The role is committed to sourcing and acquiring high performing talent to the business via existing and new pathways, driving a strong employer brand and fostering strong relationships both internally and externally to build a pipeline of talent for LXRP and the industry. This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term / full time basis.

About you

You will have a strong sense of purpose in helping the project deliver on transforming the way Victorians live, work and travel. Key to your success will be your ability to provide specialist advice and guidance on employment program and pathways, drive innovative strategies, develop and maintain relationships with a range of key internal and external stakeholders, cultivate a culture within the organisation that embraces the objectives of the employment programs and enhance LXRP's reputation as an employer of choice for future talent. Further, your relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous, or alternatively you might have extensive experience in recruitment, learning and development and/or organisational development.
