We currently have three newly created roles within our central People & Culture operations team, People at PwC, responsible for providing proactive and practical formal and informal coaching to leaders to support them to engage with their people, and manage employment risks .


As a Case Manager in People at PwC, you will: 

  • Supporting and coaching leaders to effectively manage people issues within their teams including performance management, grievances, conduct, wellbeing concerns, as well as issues related to work rights, probity checks, award interpretation and other employment matters
  • Applying PwC’s code of conduct, relevant legislation, policies and employee relations framework to ensure risk is managed appropriately
  • Working closely with other Case Managers, People & Culture Business Partners in the lines of service and subject matter expert teams (Employee Relations, OGC, Workplace Health and Safety and PwC Immigration) to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to matters, and enhance leader capability
  • Seeking support and guidance from the subject matter expert teams as appropriate
  • Working collaboratively with policy owners to draft and refresh people policies
  • Managing employee compliance projects and activities in relation to award covered employees
  • Maintaining internal toolkits and templates
  • Coaching and developing the People at PwC Senior Associate and Associates as they grow their core HR, coaching and ER skills.
  • Assisting the broader People & Culture team in the implementation of people initiatives and projects firm wide.

  • Subject matter experts within People & Culture including Employee Relations, OGC, Wellness and PwC Immigration.


About you 
  • HR generalists with ER case management expertise in a white collar environment.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant ER/IR legislation and application of awards and policy.
  • Excellent written communication, negotiation and influencing skills to engage with a wide range of leaders and employees.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management and delivery skills, coupled with analytical capability.
  • In addition, you are comfortable leading and operating in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities and are known for your strong ethics and sound judgement.
  • You hold a Bachelor level qualification in employment law, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
