We are now looking for a HR Coordinator, who thrive in a fun, friendly and fast paced team environment.

Reporting to HR Manager, delivering high-quality results in line with the organizational objectives in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. Working closely with the supportive HR Manager, and guaranteed fulfill the targets across all facets of the HR function. 

Key elements of the role will be, but not limited to:

• Involve in end-to-end recruitment processes - Screening job applicants, performing interviews on candidates, selection and recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction,

• Assist to maintain employee files, HR files, registers, and documentation,

• Efficient and professional management of ad hoc HR and WHS related project,

• Provide administrative support for the annual employee survey, performance review process, 360-degree surveys and report on internal HR KPIs,

• Contribute to the coordination of administrative HR processes.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or relative fields

• Results-Oriented skills with effectively handling and controlling multiple tasks

• Excellent team player with a strong work ethic and providing top-notch “customer service”

• Details-orientated, reliable and a team-player

• Advanced Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook skills

• Financial & data statistical analysis skills are beneficial but not essential.
