Due to an exciting career move for one of our team, we are currently looking for a full-time permanent Talent Acquisition Consultant. Reporting to the Diversity, Inclusion and Talent Acquisition Manager, this role will focus on the Sales and Marketing Portfolio and will be responsible for the full end-to-end process for these business critical roles.

A day in the life of...

Our teams work on iconic brands like MILO, NESCAFE, MAGGI and KITKAT to name a few. You’ll leverage our position in the market to source the best candidates for roles including sales and account managers, marketing and brand management, consumer insights and emerging roles in spaces like eCommerce and Digital.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

  • Full end to end recruitment for replacement and new roles, and campaigns including graduate recruitment
  • Formal and informal talent pooling and candidate relationship management
  • Developing stakeholder relationships with key hiring leads and HRBPs
  • Working with our off-shore sourcing team to identify the best candidates for immediate and future needs
  • Promoting diversity and inclusion and being a part of the development of the talent processes to support it
  • Solving talent problems and being a valued partner to the business.
  • Supporting the execution of global strategic programs and projects

What Will Make You Successful

We are after a passionate recruiter to be a brand ambassador for our business. You will be driven by quality and you’ll enjoy managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You’ll be someone that takes pride in delighting your hiring leads and providing the very best candidate care.

The successful person will possess the following skills and experience:
  • Minimum 4 years working in either internal or agency recruitment
  • Experience recruiting corporate, sales or generalist roles, preferably within the FMCG industry
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates and experience building talent pipelines
  • Superior collaboration skills and the ability to build trusting working relationships with key business and HR stakeholders
  • The ability to work at pace and the competitive drive to find the very best candidate for the role!
  • Experience with project management.
