We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor responsible for delivering all functions of HR across the business including: attracting and retaining talent, employment relations, performance management and internal mobility. This role will not only manage day to day HR operations but will also focus on developing HR strategies for future practice.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist with implementation of the talent acquisition strategy
  • Act as a point of contact for HR related queries
  • Manage employee engagement through implementation of the HR strategy
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including: writing and posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, maintaining talent pipelines and onboarding
  • Facilitate offboarding process
  • Conduct HR audits for internal and external stakeholders
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel and SharePoint)
  • Work closely with Learning & Development, Payroll, Finance and HSE teams

Desired Skills and Experience

About you:

  • A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or similar
  • Demonstrable ER experience including complex HR issues including performance improvement plans, investigations
  • Experience managing talent management software (ELMO highly desired)
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues through exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving skills
