About the Role

Consult with clients holistically across the workforce function including but not limited to implementing and rolling out a workforce solution which consists of project management, award interpretation and data gathering; workforce diagnostics, workforce analysis and being part of the product development team. This includes:

  • Conducting workforce diagnostics and analysis (interviews, data analysis via excel etc) and consolidate in a way that serves as a compelling business case for change
  • Working closely with the Project and Change Managers to ensure all stakeholders are effectively engaged and project timeframes are met
  • Solve client's workforce problems and challenges in a structured and methodological manner
  • Building templated and repeatable processes for project implementation so as the practice grows other team members can support and lead workforce projects
  • Supporting the Manager and Head of Workforce to improve and grow the Practice
  • Working with our technology partners to support the development of an Industry leading rostering technology platform
  • Supporting the team to successful roll-out and embed the technology platform with clients
  • Supporting our Business Analysts to establish and maintain an industry workforce benchmarking database

Skills Required

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience either in consulting, project management or workforce implementation
    • Motivated, independent, passion for problem solving, strong consultative approach, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Open-minded to challenges
    • Experience conducting business analytics and strong analytical skills
    • Highly developed interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, coaching and negotiation skills


    How you can blow us away:

    • Experience in a healthcare setting, ideally in aged care
    • Knowledge of Award interpretation
    • Some exposure to rostering/ workforce scheduling
    • Exposure to being part of the technology product team
