The Role

It is an exciting time to join our business as we continue along our journey of ongoing expansion, change and transformation. Currently, we are searching for a HRIS & HR Reporting Lead to join our collaborative HR team team, based in our Melbourne Head Office. This is a specialist role managing the day-to-day HRIS operations, system improvements and annual performance & rewards cycle from a systems perspective across the Ixom Group.

Reporting to the Head of Reward and HRIS, you will also be working alongside key internal stakeholders to deliver people data reports and insights that will facilitate data-driven organisation decision making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of any new modules within Ixom's people system (Success Factors), review existing modules annually and scope & manage requirements for any changes
Responsible for automating HR workflows within our system wherever possible - including creation and delivery of documentation and training materials
Manage the interface between our HR people system and other third-party HRIS solutions
Responsible for making process and system changes across our HRIS solutions
Manage any Success Factors updates and quarterly releases including testing across all associated modules and associated systems
Responsible for global people reporting and insights for distribution to Executive Leadership Team and various other stakeholders
Ownership of all people related data, ensuring quality and accuracy of data is maintained

Skills & Experience

Comprehensive understanding of HR processes, HR & payroll systems including Success Factors, SAP and ADP
Solid experience in SuccessFactors across large, complex organisations, covering all modules. Experience of implementation of new modules is desirable.
Experience of HRIS reporting, including design, data analysis and provision of insights
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to process high volumes of data
Power BI experience would be desirable
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise work and manage conflicting deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
