Responsibilities:


  • Talent attraction, advertising, screening and recruitment of core warehouse and transport roles
  • Daily updating of the recruitment management system
  • Coordinating recruitment requirements including interviews nationally etc
  • Building rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adhoc HR duties
Requirements:
  • Min 3-5 yrs experience recruiting, internal or agency recruitment
  • Experience with large volume recruitment
  • proven experience with recruitment strategies and sourcing
  • Experience using a Recruitment management systems
  • Aptitude to follow robust processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel between sites
