Responsibilities:


  • Administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team 
  • Daily updating of the recruitment management system
  • Coordinating recruitment requirements including interviews nationally etc
  • Recruitment of core warehouse and transport role
  • Building rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Adhoc HR administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Min 2 yrs experience in recruitment administration - internal or agency 
  • Experience with recruitment strategies and sourcing
  • Strong administrative background
  • Experience using a Recruitment management system
  • Ability to follow processes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
