The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator with excellent communication, people skills and a strong interest in all things HR and the power of People Data.
We are seeking an enthusiastic team-player with strong HR administration skills, exceptional attention to detail and time management skills who thrives on learning and is committed to developing a career in HR.
Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent, Performance & Reward and exposed to various areas of HR within the property sector, the HR Coordinator is an integral member of an established team of experienced HR professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • First point of support for HR inquiries and management of HR shared inboxes
  • Managing HR administration related to the employee life cycle
  • Provide national coordination support of Learning & Development (L&D) training programs, systems and initiatives
  • Managing the coordination of Knight Frank's employee recognition programs
  • Take ownership of individual work whilst actively supporting and collaborating with the wider HR team to support the overall administration and maintenance of people data
  • Providing support in recruitment, when required
  • Liaising with the wider business such as people managers, Payroll and IT
  • Invoicing and expense reporting
  • Provide support with HR projects and programs
  • Provide direct support to our Partner, Head of People and Culture
Who we are looking for?
To be successful you will possess the following experience, qualifications and attributes:
Mandatory

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Psychology or related discipline
  • At least 12 months in a similar role
  • Experience working with HR processes and systems and the ability to learn new ones quickly
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment with variety
  • Quick learner and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with other team members
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills with MS Office suite
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and manage own time
Preferred, but not essential

  • Experience with HR recruitment systems including ATS and digital onboarding
  • Experience with the full recruitment and people life cycle and have hands on experience across all aspects of HR
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and L&D coordination
