The Opportunity

Join a passionate EHS team and support best practice across across the Rosehill manufacturing site!

As the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator, you will work closely with the EHS Manager to provide environmental health and safety support to all plant departments in order drive a zero harm environment.


  • Drive and implement the Safety program at site level
  • Support the EHS Manager, Site Managers and Team Leaders in the implementation and continuous improvement of the overall Safety strategy
  • Conduct Risk Assessments, Site / equipment Inspections, Incident Reports, Safety Training and Inductions, Clearance to Work Audits, Safety Talks and Behavioural observations
  • Maintain Incident and Corrective actions registers
  • Maintain a site workplace Inspection register, whilst conducting and maintaining records of Inspections
  • Maintain Site Registers, Records, and Compliance documentation
  • Provide monthly reports, including lead and lag indicator reporting
  • Advise and support onsite compliance with EHS legislation and pursue best practice
  • Support on-site environmental compliance activities

The Ideal Candidate will have these: 

  • Certificate IV or degree qualified in Workplace Health & Safety
  • Working knowledge of relevant EHS legislation
  • Must be able to conduct Risk Assessments
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an EHS role within a similar or high-risk environment
