Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruiter or Candidate Manager who is looking to join a family friendly recruitment agency in a part-time role (with flexibility on days/hours)


About the company

Our client is a privately owned, professional recruitment firm with four divisions: Graduate, Executive, Training and Wealth Management. Due to continued growth across the business, they are looking for a 1-2 Candidate Managers to join their Graduate Management team in North Sydney.


About the role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role will work across both existing and new business client projects. Key responsibilities will include:

  • sourcing, resourcing and successfully placing graduates into roles with existing clients (with both phone and face-to-face interaction with candidates);
  • growing and strengthening client relationships through strong project delivery;
  • manage the candidate experience through initial resourcing call to successful placement;
  • complete quarterly catch ups with graduates and provide a written reports on progression;
  • attend client meetings with sales team when required;
  • conduct candidate exit interviews when needed; and
  • contribute to successful candidate assessment centres; and
  • assist with general administration and other tasks as required.


About you

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role and have the ability to advise candidates regarding career choices. You thrive working within a dynamic high energy environment and will have a strong work ethic and be results-orientated as well as highly motivated to meet deadlines and exceed expectations. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you will possess high attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks consecutively. A resilient and positive attitude is required as well the ability to work well in a team environment. With experience working in a corporate environment, you will be professional and well presented at all times.

Located in central North Sydney (5 minutes from the station) within an open plan office, this collaborative team work hard to deliver strong results, support each other and have fun at work.
