We currently have an opportunity for a Consultant in the People & Culture Learning team to support regulatory learning. You will be a problem-solver with a learning and risk lens who can partner with stakeholders internally and externally to problem solve and drive continuous improvement. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Program manage and report on credit and operational risk portfolios across the organisation, including AFSL Tier 2, and be part of internal and external audits
  • Consulting, problem-solving, able to analyse data and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Project management, working in an agile environment
  • Develop and roll out change comms

 

What you will bring

  • Experience working with LMS to optimise reporting requirements
  • Demonstrated experience program managing regulatory learning
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
  • Implement regulatory learning recommendations
  • Tertiary qualification in human resources or learning
  • Previous experience in execution of regulatory learning will be highly regarded
