About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a People and Culture Administrator to join our high performing People and Culture team for a 7-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative assistance to the Human Resources team including preparing employment contracts, distributing new starter packs and maintaining HR content across all HR systems.
  • Maintenance of personnel files
  • Responding to general queries via phone and email, and delegating where appropriate
  • Coordinating staff movement processes for all stages of the employee life cycle including induction, probation, staff movements, changes and exits.
  • Be a key contact point for general HR queries and delegate to the HR Team as required in order to ensure exceptional customer service levels are maintained.
  • Day-to-day maintenance of HR systems
  • Preparing a monthly report for the Executive Team

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

  • proven experience in an administration, customer service or support role within a corporate environment
  • Degree or certificate in Human Resources (or working towards qualification)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
