We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead a culture of excellence, creating the best possible working environment across two businesses for our dedicated teams.


Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Human Resources will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across a broad range of HR activities and will be responsible for assisting in the strategic direction of the organisation, embedding cultural reform, and enhancing recruitment and retention practices.


  • Managing the complete HR cycle for all employees
  • Employee relations
  • People administration
  • Cultural ambassador
  • General HR
  • WH&S framework
  • Establishing workforce recruitment, engagement and retention programs
  • Leading and managing organisational change 
  • Business strategy within the Leadership Team 
  • Driving organisational capability framework
  • Embedding organisational values into the fabric of workforce

About you:

As an experienced HR advisor/generalist within the Human Services sector, you will have a demonstrated track record of leading change in a business segment or organisation, have strong business acumen and a passion for people. 


 In addition, you will possess:

  • 5+ years' experience within a comparable Human Resources role and relevant degree qualifications
  • A hands-on approach and capacity to innovate and leverage existing resources within a business
  • An ability to engage and create positive relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • A desire to work within and promote a values-led culture and organisation
  • Work within a leadership team to deliver outcomes 
  • Take on accountability for company initiatives 
  • Aged Care and/or Disability Services sector exposure is highly regarded
