Due to ongoing steady growth, we are now looking to hire an additional Recruitment Consultant to join an established and highly collaborative team.

Key activities 

  • Recruit a broad range of IT contract and permanent roles for our clients a variety of industries 
  • Review job application, headhunt candidates from our large database and other sources such as LinkedIn and personal networking
  • Conduct phone and zoom based interviews, evaluating and shortlisting candidates 
  • Work collaboratively with a highly experienced team, maintain a high productivity level
  • Embrace ongoing learning and professional development.

About you 

  • You will have a background in customer service orientated roles such as hospitality, retail or contact/call centre well regarded
  • High level of energy, resilience, passion and an exceptional work ethic is essential
  • Outgoing nature, happy to learn on the fly and by talking to people
  • Ability to pick up new systems and technologies 
  • Motivated by success, professional growth and earning commission
