The Location

Our Support Office, based in Brighton, is a modern, flexible workspace with Gardenvale train station just a couple of minutes’ walk away. From time to time you may also travel to some of our aged care facilities.


The Job

Working within our amazing Human Resources (HR) team, the Talent Acquisition Advisor will provide specialist support for the recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees, particularly in the clinical and management fields. You will get great exposure to recruiting a variety of roles and provide support in all aspects of the recruitment process across multiple locations, whilst providing a wonderful candidate experience. The position will also monitor and administer ongoing safety screening compliance.


You bring: Demonstrated experience in an end to end recruitment function, a proven ability to develop and deliver targeted recruitment and retention strategies and experience in proactively sourcing candidates. You will also have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and maintain positive relationships, excellent communication and team work skills, great computer skills and a great attention to detail.
