The role:

We are looking for a true all-rounder, an Office Administration superstar, that can jump in and support our team be the absolute best we can be! Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner you will also support in P&C initiatives and act as an overflow of support to our fast-paced Recruitment Team.


In this newly created role you will spend your time handling all things administration, with tasks such as, but not limited to:


  • Processing expenses and claims for management team
  • Assisting with the compilation of various reports
  • Supporting the Leadership Team with ad hoc project work
  • Basic Purchasing requirements
  • Be a champion at organising fun office initiatives and events
  • Work closely with the P&C Team to enhance our office environment
  • Collecting photos & success stories for our Marketing team to share on Social Media
  • Maintaining up to date Employee files / HRIS
  • Blue Collar recruitment – shortlisting, screening and interviews

This role is fast paced, and will see you managing various tasks on a daily and weekly basis. You will be very comfortable and adapt to working in a reactive and proactive environment.


About you:

You will bring an energy to our office that we haven’t experienced before, you will love organisation, prioritising and order – and you won’t be afraid to whip us into shape!

Your can-do attitude will see you succeed in this role and completely make it your own! Ideally you will have worked in a similar role before where you see a need for improvement and aren’t afraid to make the call to change it!

You will possess initiative, and bring your own bag of skills to the table, that will add value to the Buildsafe business.
