As a People and Workforce Reform Manager/Senior Manager your impact will be seen by:

  • Supporting the design and delivery of workforce reform strategies
  • Designing future focused organisations, operating models, structures and ways of working
  • Delivering effective solutions to our clients
  • D eveloping targeted change management, engagement and communication approaches
  • P lanning and building workforce capabilities for the future
About you
You have a background in strategic human resources, people and culture improvement programs, operating model and organisation structure design and implementation, capability and performance improvement, learning and development; with skills in some or all of these areas. You can analyse quantitative and qualitative data; driving insights that inform business decision making. You are a confident communicator who uses different mediums to present your ideas at an exceptionally high standard.

You’re passionate about being at the forefront of workforce reform and are ready to help PwC clients deliver consistent, high-quality work that continues to improve on their overall capabilities even after our work is complete.

You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
