As Head of People and Culture you will be instrumental in the development and implementation of the Human Resources strategy and functions across the organisation. One of your key responsibilities will be for Sea Forest employer compliance obligations across employee and industrial relations, HR policy and procedure, and ensuring the effective development and implementation of people and culture programs. This is a key leadership role, supporting the management team and stakeholders across the organisation in working towards achieving Sea Forest's strategic objectives.

As the Head of People and Culture you will need to be resourceful, work with new ideas and approaches whilst managing changing priorities. This is a varied role, and you will be fundamental in delivering best practice HR initiatives across a number of projects as well as contributing to and leading business improvement strategies and innovation. You will support all site staff whilst being a key conduit between those employees and the Managing Director. This is an exciting and fabulous opportunity for personal growth and development but also utilising your wealth of experience within an organisation committed to creating a positive environmental impact.
