About the team


Our People and Culture Division (P&C) is planning for and building a workforce with the advanced and specialised skills needed to tackle the challenges of tomorrow. We’re building an organisational culture where everyone feels empowered to make a real difference.


As part of P&C, the Learning and Development (L&D) team is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This team leads the delivery of high quality learning programs across all areas of Transport, providing learning opportunities that enable people to have greater opportunity to thrive at work.

The opportunity


Right now, we have an opportunity for 2 x Logistics Administrators to join the Facilities and Logistics team within Learning and Development. This role provides training room support for learners and trainers by ensuring all items required for each workshop is available in the training room for each program. This includes items such as printed workbooks, training supplies, stationary, learning technology and tools. The role is also responsible for the appropriate room setup, for each training course ensuring when trainers and learners arrive, training programs are ready to start at the advertised time.

About you

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who thrives in a fast paced setting. You have proven practical experience in either coordination, administration, a support role or alike, particularly in an environment with competing demands and changing priorities. You also have sound computer skills with the ability to learn new technology or applications.


You possess strong attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships. You enjoy working in a team environment and are driven by achieving positive outcomes for your customers.


Salary and Benefits



The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 4A ($73,952) – 4E ($81,346) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
