An immediate opportunity exists for a HRIS Administrator and HR Admin to join the regional Australia-Asia HR team.

Reporting to the General Manager Talent Management (Australia), with matrix reporting line to Global HR Data Manager (Charlotte, NC), you will provide a critical function for our region of ensuring accuracy of our HRIS data and processes, support with HR admin, and provide expertise in HR data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • HRIS Data Administration - Take ownership of the regional Human Resource Information System (SAP SuccessFactors) data management and reporting. Maintain HRIS data integrity through routine processes.
  • Service Responses - Manage IT ServiceNow ticket HRIS service requests, coordinate assignment with global HRIS business analysts, and manage and monitor case resolution.
  • HRIS User Training - Provide HRIS training to support HR super users, managers, and employees across Australia and Asia.
  • Data Analytics - Collect human resources data, report and analyze HR metrics to determine trends and measure HR and People performance, including turnover, head count, absenteeism, compensation, demographics, performance, and succession planning.
  • HR Administration - Provide support to the regional HR team for specific administrative processes.
  • HR Reporting - Review and organize quantitative and qualitative data from HRIS, Payroll systems; Exit Surveys and Engagement Surveys, into reports and presentations.
  • LMS Learning Management System - provide back up system support.

To be successful you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS system SAP SuccessFactors. Other HR systems experience an advantage including Qualtrics and SurveyMonkey.
  • Advanced MS Office skills including Excel pivot tables and macros, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Demonstrated expertise with HR data analysis, metrics, reporting and presentation. Demonstrated experience or aptitude to build out skill set in PowerBI is strongly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong internal customer-service orientation and desire to deliver solutions.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, autonomous and collaborative, able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with a public listed company (ASX, NYSE, etc.), global organisation or similar large organisation highly preferred.
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills.
