About the role

We have an opportunity for a Workforce Advisor to be part of our Human Resources Command team. The Human Resource Advisor provides analysis and accurate and timely information and advice to all areas of the organisation in relation to HR issues



Essential requirements

  • Obtain and maintain the requisite security clearance for this role.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated experience in Industrial Relations, Human Resources and an understanding of Government legislation and policy.

Target Question 1:

Give an example of where research, analysis and collaboration has allowed you to identify potential options and successfully resolve an employment related issue by negotiating a mutually agreed outcome between an employee and management. What was the problem and what were the tools that you used to resolve it?

Target Question 2:

Give an example of where you have developed and delivered a presentation or training session on a complex employment related issue. How did you approach it and what were the tools that you used to deliver the information to your audience?

Prior to commencement, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a rigorous National Police (criminal history) Check and obtain and maintain a Security Clearance as determined by the NSW Police Force.

This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
