About Our Client

The client owns and operates Western Australia's largest gas distribution network with more than 750,000 connection points and 14,000km of pipelines

Job Description
  • Maintains employee records in HR system, ensuring personnel information and remuneration arrangements comply with awards, employment contracts and consent agreements.
  • Participates in HR systems development projects as required to meet changing business needs.
  • Provides timely and accurate payroll advice and support to supervisors and employees in line with HR policies and procedures.
  • Responds to employee payroll queries.
  • Provides general administrative support to Senior Payroll Officer as required
The Successful Applicant
  • Considerable administration experience in a Payroll/Human Resources or Finance position.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven time management skills to effectively deliver multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management.
  • Can work as a team or autonomously.
